Got an offer for a car at my dealer. It is red, has some nice rims, LEDs, leather dash - but no leather seats. Official list price 82k€. The offer is great and I always said yes, but then I found out about that it doesnt come with leather seats and second, I really dont like those LED front lights. So I declined.... damn - I was that close to jump

Wow that was close!!!!!!
my opinion, maybe even better without leather seats with a spider, they get not so " damaged" by the sun, and the led lights in the front is easy changable and it is not expensive.....
the car is nice and the color is perfect for that car......think about it during the week end.....

Those leather/alcantara seats are the most expensive seat option. I have them in my coupe.
The headlights can be swapped for the conventional covered type but it's not a simply swap over as the wiring for both is different I believe as the conventional type are bi-xenon whereas this type is bi-LED. Perhaps your dealer would swap them out at his cost if he really wants a sale.

The seats in alcantara are nice. Better then leather. The front lights are ugly but I wonder if this is not one of those things that with time we become to like as it is so different then anything that exist. Not far from where I live there is a coupe in black. It looks stunning in black.

The original headlights do grow on you as they give the car a unique look but they need to have the carbon fibre surround IMHO. I always thought I'd swap for the conventional lights but wouldn't change my car now. They never photograph well and look much better in real life. This angle gives the best impression of how well integrated they are into the curves of the front of the car and how the projector lights give a very distinct look.
For some odd reason I think the conventional lights look much better on the spider though.

@ISUK - your car looks phaenomenal. I love that diamond white. It grows on me every day. You might be right regarding those lights - they can grow on you. Regarding the Alcantara, it looks good but I prefer leather.
I will be on business trips until end of February and will have time to think about. After that I test ride the car and see after that. I still have to organize a garage for it (actually one of my biggest problems). The cars are rare and not easy to get but still it is not impossible. So I will take those 4-6 weeks before buying one.

which is also a £2250 UK option. I think the Spider I drove was this colour .. was not fan, looked a bit insipid, and worse with dirt
The matt Carrara 3 layer white is a much nicer colour than Madreperla........ but then I am biased 
I think I'd have the spider in either Giallo Prototipo or Basalt Grey. If they had made 8C pearl red an option then I would definitely have chosen that.

As I said - I think it is over done, but that rear diffusor looks great IMO. Just not sure how it flows when the rest is "standard". Usually for a keeper-car you shouldn't modify anything. Once you start the tuning it looses value and appearance.

ISUK:It was only available on the European Launch Edition coupes. Alfa had such a difficult time painting cars in it that they dropped this colour and replaced it with the gloss finish Madreperla white.
I know but it really looks great.
A foil could be the solution - there are some mat white foils which are looking the same.

Lars997:ISUK:Thanks Lars. The matt pearl white really shows off the design of the car incredibly well and makes it look lower and longer as well. I love the promo photo's Alfa took of this colour.
It looks simply stunning. And I more and more fancy this color!

The launch edition cars have the inlet in the front bumper which is supposedly there to improve both airflow and brake cooling. It really isn't that noticeable in real life and but adds a bit of visual drama to the car at the front and accentuates the width. I've only ever seen one other 4C on the road and was surprised just how low and wide it looks. It has a visual road presence that is quite intimidating for some drivers I think which helps explain why people tend to move out of the way on a motorway when I approach them quite speedily from behind

I like this car, not a big fan of the headlights but since they are black, I could live with them. The interior with Alcantara is very nice, I'm not a big fan of full leather.

More info on UK 50th Anniversary model. Additional standard (cost option on base 4C Spider) equipment:
racing tyres, racing suspension, racing double exhaust
carbon fibre: mirror cover (with Italian flag), lateral air intake (cooling for gearbox), roll bar cover, instrument panel
leather seats (black for red and yellow, red for white), leather dashboard
rosso comptizione (25 units), madreperla white (15 units) or giallo prototitipo (10 units)
18/19" spider wheels in dark finish
red (red, and white) or yellow (yellow) brake calipers
carbon look leather holdall bag
"Vehicle Protection" -- not sure if this is film for preventing stone chips ..a £1100 UK option
No options or any other choices.

Vehicle Protection is the stone chip film. I'm not sure who supplies it to the factory but I think I'd get a local installer to fit it as usually the factory fitted film is lower quality.
The offer price of £67,500 seems pretty good when you look at what it would cost to spec a similar car up on the configurator - £72,450 - especially if you want one of the three layer pearl colours.

Based upon info from a US based new spider owner on the 4C forum who has just had a car delivered with the Vehicle Protection film option I believe it covers the following areas but recommend checking with a dealer to confirm -
Front bumper
Full bonnet/hood
Front wings/fenders
Side skirts/Rocker Panels
Door mirrors
Bottom half front doors (not sure if he means the lower half of the full length door or just the front lower half of the door)
Painted section of interior door sills
