Cayenne 2008 Tires
I've also seen many cayenne with this measure but not if it is legal: 295/30 R22 and 285/45 R19

It depends on the country your car is registered in. In the US for example, you are free to use many non-officially approved tire/rim sizes and even in Germany, with very strict TÜV regulations, there are larger rim/tire combos available with a so called EU certification.
In my opinion, aftermarket rims ruin a Porsche, especially if the size is much different from the OEM size(s).
To each his own I guess.

Try this link, the program they have is excellent. You can see what tires and wheels will fit, then all you need is to make sure you get the desired size with the proper Load Rating.

In most European countries, you need a technical certification for certain rim/tire combos, depending on the car model. Not as simple as in the US I'm afraid...
