Just noted that Ruf presented a new model, based on 991s with PDK but with a turbo engine (630hp, 835NM or torque). The best part is the rear - no turbo wing required, a very understated car 
Did anybody drive it yet/has some more news about it?

This car should be quite quick
It is RWD, so 0 to 100 kmh is not very relevant. I love this car! Gorgeous, quick, typical RUF! Great product! Not much info on their website, shame...

Exactly, they should put more infos there... I thought you might like this car. Could be a very nice daily driver. So understated and for sure very, very fun to drive :-)

Just one thing still worries me, it's the pesky 9A1 turbo motor, I know its now been around for a couple of years and been tuned up to 650 or so hp but when I see the video showing the PDK changing up at no more than 6400rpm it makes me nervous for this engine.I know Porsche would say it changes up there because that is the shape of the power curve and torque falls off dramatically over 6500rpm (and I've seen the curves and this seems to be the case) but in 2012/13 a high end sports car engine which only revs to 6400rpm just seems a little fishy
Of course, the engine and also the combination of PDK/engine might be less durable than one would hope

Manual Gearbox should sort that out. The engine is so torquey anyway. I think my Turbo S is good for 620hp easy by boosting the pressure and the ECU but the problem is PDK, how much can it handle?
Markus, Alois can always try to build a car to specs. This won't be cheap but you get what you want. Just as a hint. 
I was always dreaming of a 991 without a rear wing, the current GT2 engine with 630 hp and AWD. It would be perfect.
On the other hand, there are currently rumors that the 991 Turbo will get over 560 hp from the start, so maybe it is worth waiting for. 
The last hp figure rumor was in the 520 to 540 hp range.

2013? Yes. Could be slightly earlier though, don't have details yet.
