I have had my car since 20 Feb. Just washed it for the first time this weekend. I also had that stuff on there, must have been from the dealer prep. I used a dry microfiber polishing rag to rub it off. It balled up nicely, came off real easy. If that doesn't work, I imagine when its dry a nice sticky lint roller would do the trick too.
Yeah..., it is uncanny how lint stays stuck to it. A lint roller barely works. Duct tape works okay. Seems to take so much elbow grease it makes you wonder if we're damaging it by cleaning it.
The best solution is prevention. Looks like you're using terry cloth towels to dry/detail the car. Stop that. Use microfiber (no lint). Getting the lint off is a PITA--lint rollers, tape, whatever. Mine's not as clean as I would prefer--labor's cheap in TX. I suppose we could hire a day laborer to pick the lint off
