The Aventador is not as quick as the factory claims above 200kph if you compare it to the McLaren test results...
Also, the brakes of the Lambo do not seem effective enough (200-0).
The brakes of the McLaren are much better than in the recent SportAuto test.

Amazing track result for Aventador, quicker than the McLaren which is quite surprising, and it´s the second track where the Aventador beats the McL. Anyway, the McL tested on this track must be BIT more "spicy" than the ones deliver to the clients, if you know what I mean

Quite frankly I don't expect too good track test results for the Lamborghini. Don't know why the car was that quick in this test 
The Aventador is too heavy and clumsy to be fast on a track. I am very interested in the Supertest results but would be surprised if the Aventador was quicker than the McLaren there

Let me tell you that Magazines testing this car against the competition on track are being surprised by the final result the Lambo can achieve, as I said before not the first track where the Lambo was faster than the McL.
Check the next issue of EVO magazine with the Best Sports Car of the Year contest with Chris Harris testing the Lambo and many other super toys, you will be surprised by Aventador track time against the competition

Some remarks:
First of all, I trust QR wholeheartedly! 
Secondly, the Aventador's top speed is a bit of a let down, if you can say such a thing about a 340+ km/h beast! It's just the fact the the F1 and the Enzo were doing more kph a long time ago though. I still love the new Lambo, mind you; it's a mighty beast!
Thirdly, the GTO is a let down. It's slower than the 458 for God's sake! Perhaps it's this particular test car, ot just the big weight of the 599 in general. Who knows? 
The McLaren is really quick in a straight line. It's either a fantastic car or a test car-special. Being turbocharged, that's easy; all you have to do is up the pressure a bit...

You are 100% right about the GTO. I was always very, very sceptical about the performance potential of the GTO - as I did not like the regular 599 with its clumsy setup. Two friends of mine kept telling me that the GTO is "all different"... Now, looking at these test results I am confirmed in my original opinion: a screwed setup (like in the case of the 599) cannot be fixed by optimizations. It still remains screwed

Probably Internet reception quality is very poor inside of the Lambo
