    Farewell Boxster S

    We waved goodbye to my other half's Boxster S this morning after 2 years and 19,000 miles of trouble free service. I spent several hours yesterday ensuring that it looked it's best for the dealer picking it up today. The interior still looks and smells like new. It was our 4th 987 model in the last 5 years and the best yet thanks to the PDK gearbox.

    My dealer made me a great offer to trade it in against a new factory order so we should get one of the last cars as we have a July build slot. I took advantage of the large discount available and have loaded the new one with the comfort, entertainment and design packages along with some interior customisation. I'll post pics when it arrives.

    In the meantime some final pics of our Basalt S. My dealer came with his valeter to collect it and the valeter was delighted it was ready to roll straight into the showroom Smiley Hopefully it's new owner will be equally delighted with it.

    Great to see you took such good care of it, it's indeed in MINT condition! 

    What are the new boxy's specs exactly? 

    Also, what is that white car in the top left of pic # 4
