Interesting, in these 991cab pics you can clearly see the new headlight design of the 918 and Cayenne with the four LED technology. The headlights have stickers on top to mimic 991 headlights, just like in the rear, but you can still see the four leds:

i thought i read it would be all LEDs in the headlights.
i was really hoping they would have the all LEDs included and in some of the pics or videos they seemed to be LEDs inside the headlights like above that i think Carlos was pointing out???
Perhaps they're waiting for the 991.2 like they didn't offer LED rear lights on the 997.1 when they were already common place on lower end cars likes Hondas which was a shocking omission considering they cost a fraction of the price of the 911.

The 991 I saw had no LED lights, the "interior" of the front lights looked very close to the one of the 997 dynamic lights.

Probably, but the more important factor is energy efficiency, or simply put they give more light for less power.
An interesting detail about white LEDs is that the way they are made is actualy from 3 LED one RED, one Green, one BLUE fused tugether in a single cell, it would be theoreticly posible to have headlight that change color at whim, if anyone found that is what they need that is.

Oh don't worry, tuners will jump on that as soon as full led headlights become more mainstream. maybe I should get a patent for that now and sell it in a few years

This would be illegal in most countries.

Sure but there's a lot of tuner parts that break regulations and still sell pretty well.

Sure but there's a lot of tuner parts that break regulations and still sell pretty well.
And beside that - not many countries are so hard in taking effect on braking this kind of regulations. I guess Germany is on the top of the list in getting hard time

Like an earlier poster mentioned, it looks like the engine cover vanes are made of separate parts, all being able to move... would be interesting!
I bet the front radiator ducts also have aero slats wich can close as VW owns that patent since 1971.
Porsche Active Aero Package is coming! and it will not be free! haha
We will find out if it actually does improve high speed stability or if its just another money $$$$ making option.
Of course you will be able to get a 991 without it, but your Porsche will make you feel guilty everytime you look at your engine lid slats knowing that they could have been moveable. 
You can be sure Porsche will also offer Porsche Active Aero Package Plus and Porsche Active Aero Package 2.

Yes! Indeed! and don't forget about Porsche Active Aero Package Plus S and Porsche Active Aero Package Plus 2S
which in turn will only be available with PASM+ SportsChrono2+ and non standard paint

Additional option prediction.!
I think it is safe to predict that the 991 will come with Front and Rear footwell lights at no cost., a Porsche first!
But lighted armrest door compartments and center console box will likely cost approx $650 USD. 
It would be nice if the 991's NAV Plus offers Google Earth, Maps, etc like on the newest Audis. I doubt it will. Porsche is always at least one generation behind on telematics, so likely no night vision option either.
