CloseI was wondering, were there ever any spyshots of carrera GT prototypes?
I know it was first shown to the public as a concept on the Paris autoshow, but were there ever any prototypes spotted on the road?
Same goes for the 918 btw. I don't recall ever having seen pictures of a camouflaged 918 ...
As far as the 918 is concerned, I think there never have been spy pics, as there never has been a prototype around. The 918 is so far a one-off, the prototype could not drive (remember this funny video where this particular 918 was only crawling?) and the whole 918-project was developed within months only.

Thanks so much guys! Now that you show them, I do remember the ones at deathvalley, but I'm pretty sure I never saw the ones with the taped-off engine humps.
BTW, look at the 993 mirrors of the silver one at deatvalley!
I do recall btw that the ones in death valley were spotted AFTER the introduction of the CGT, so the silver and black one may have been mules for something else, where the yellow one is an actual CGT for reference?
