Only thing I would change is to paint the surrounding of the kidneys black as well. Now this is the only chrome on the M3... to me chrome doesn't go with a sportscar. Otherwise a perfect M3!

Instead of painting I have ordered BMW Performance high gloss black kidneys. I'll keep the chrome side gills, though.

Ever considered having your wheels painted black? It would make a nice white/black theme on your car!
Once you get the Akrapovic, make sure to make us a soundfile!
I don't like GTS style black rims. I like the 911 GTS Black rims which have polish lip and I also like 458 dark chrome/gun metalic color finish wheels.
So no black rims for my M3. I love the wheels the way they are.

I love the Ring sticker. I haven't driven my M3 on the Ring yet but at least I had driven 6-7 laps on The Ring and had 7-8 passanger laps. It is not known very well in Turkey so nobody notices what the sticker for; except the real enthusiast.

Ok, it is time for a little update. I have passed 10.000 km with the car, in almost 7 months.
So far everything is very good. I have changed my paper filter with BMC which in result nicely increase intake roar. It is noticiable louder but tone is very nice and only present if you step on the throttle. My akrapovic is 1 week away and I'll write another review of the exhaust once I install it on the car.
In the mean while, the company I had ordered the BMW Performance kidneys couldn't deliver me the package. Thus I wrapped the front kidneys with black high gloss vinyl. Here are some new pictures, again taken by my iphone4. All the front facia - hood, front fenders, front bumper and the mirrors - of the car is wrapped with clear bra.

Actually my dealer where I service my car has them in stock at 160 Euro 
They are too overpriced. I once ordered them from Tischer at 100 USD when my friend in the States for the new year. However, at that time, we had a comunication problem and my order didn't get to his adress.
For my final attempt, I ordered from a private BMW part seller at 120USD, but they haven't come yet. I get bored, and have it wrapped with black high gloss vinyl in the end.

Your dealer will have them on stock for a long time, because 160 EUR is ridiculous price... 2× more expensive than here or on ebay.de . But it isn't important anymore, black high gloss vinyl gives same result.
Next mod will be very interesting - Akrapovic exhaust

SOME PERFORMANCE STATS:
Tonight, we had a roll night. There were 2 other M3s, 2 Z3 M Coupe, several E36 M3s.
I wanted to time my M3's 100-200 km/h before full akrapovic system + software tune to have a base. During the runs, I used my friend's Racelogic Performance box. I was alone in the car. Turned off the A/C during the runs. It was around 5 C degree. I did 9-10 runs and I constantly did 9,2-9,5 sec. for 100-200 km/h acceleration. I know that this times are little fast for a stock E92 M3 but these are the times I measured tonight. I want to see the result after my modes.

Nice, i'd like to see if the exhaust can bring it down to 9.0 or even below for 100-200 acceleration!
Akrapovic + software tune, I expect to shave around 0,3 sec from 100-200 km/h sprint. And No, I'm not doing these mods just to shave 0,3 sec. My first priority is the sound and the weight saving.

My Akrapovic Full titanium exhaust was installed on Saturday.
I must say that it is an amazing quality product. I had supersprint exhausts on my previous E36 M3 and E46 M3. Supersprint is a very good product, too. However, the built and material quality; the level of attention to detail and packageing of Akrapovic are just second to none. Next to OEM exhaust Akrapovic is in another league.

Then the 4 cats (which are 400cell each) and 2 resonators of the stock system were replaced by all titanium 2 sports cats (which are 100cell each) and 2 resonators:
