Nice looks, very clean design but the interior could be a bit sportier, less boring.
I'm curious about the performance of the M6, if it hits 0-200 kph below 12 seconds, this could be an interesting car.

Ron (Houston):
For sure BMW is back on track with their design. Thank god Bangle left the company
+1
BMW has improved all the models that were ruined by Bangle. First the 7 series, then 5 series, Z4, X3 and finally 6 series. They all very nice and interiors are very nice as well.
Good job with the new 6. It looks very nice but not my cup of tea. Too big and too heavy for a coupe.

You know the weight ?
I agree, a bit too big but if the weight is below 1900 kg, which I doubt, this wouldn't actually be that bad.

Actually I don't know the weight figure off course, but a car with DKG and panorama roof with some electronic toys + Navi would weight more than 1900 kg (DIN weight).
I think 911/458/LP560 size is the perfect coupe size. Even my E92 is a little big for my taste.

Actually only the 911 is perfect size for real B-roads and mountain roads. The mid-engined ones (including the R8) are too wide for outside a track. The wide-body 911s are in-between.

"Form follows function"
My dealer has a frozen grey met. M6 in his showroom, beautiful looking car, no doubt about it but the price tag is 145000 EUR. Ouch.
He told me that BMW has given him a huge discount on this car, which of course he would pass on to me...if I would be interested.
Unfortunately the M6 is not the type of car I would consider a "fun car" for me, so I had to pass.
Still: it has lots of rear room for the kids and the rear trunk isn't that small either. Could be a nice family car.
