I tried checking the high res versions of these pics. I think the grey one is 1964. I think the orange one is 1945 or 1946.

Sorry, but the orange 356 is one of the "Gmünd" cars built per hand in Austria from 1948-1950.

As the 911 has a 2.0 litre engine and wooden steering wheel, it should be from 1964 or 1965. Of course, if restoration has been historically correct which I do not doubt with Porsche.
Though the colours are a bit misleading I assume that it is the car pictured below, being a 1964 model:

easy certainly has a certain gift to tell a story using photos. You should have seen him when he took our group shot (sorry guys, we don't want to impress you with our beautiful looks 
). Actually his wife took the shot and easy gave "instructions"...for an hour or so, my butt was already hurting. 
Then, his wife asked if everything is alright and easy replied in a very relaxed manner and with that typical british accent: "Perfect, my dear...but not quite". 
You can't even imagine how we laughed, I almost wet my pants (sorry, easy). 
So yes, easy definitely is a very passionate and professional person, this makes him the perfect Rennteam moderator. Thanks, easy !

Just so others can visualise, the RT Mods/Admins were getting into position for a group photo while sitting on some steps in front of a 997.2 GT3 RS I wanted the camera to zoom in on the guys so that we wouldn't look too small in the pic. So I was 'guiding' my wife - I thought it was set up OK and then I realised that further adjustment was needed to get it just right All this took less than a minute

Thanks for posting easy, great photos and story line as always. Reminds me very much of the factory collection I did with kinrara, the Mercedes Benz museum is amazing. Sadly the Porsche museum as still under construction when we were there two years ago. I'd love to go back this November to collect our new Cayman S, but we are worried about the weather conditions at that time of the year, and RC confirmed it in reply to our post, so it is unlikely we will go.

All that effort and they seem to have mounted the gearlever wrong. Nonetheless, tremendous work to incorporate all that technology into an old chassis. Do you, by chance, know whether they used an original chassis for that or some kind of replica?
AMG did a similiar conversion a few years back:
