I hate keeping the other cars in the garage, no matter what brand are or how cheap are costing.
+ 1 .... and this has kept me from the joy of owning more cars. I do not like to keep a car in the garage. It has to be driven !!
I believe you have spoken for many on this board.

i doo agree that the scud is a great car, i enjoyed its ownership a lot, but, i drive my cars everyday, and to me imho the italia is a much better overall car. i also think that never in the history of cars the old model was better than the new model.
the only aspect where nothing comes close to a scud, is the exhaust sound.. sick!
2010 Ferrari 458 Italia
2009 Fiat 500 Abarth SS Ferrari
As an every day car, yes, the 458 is better. But I look for different things in a Ferrari... I don't look at such cars as daily drivers. I want to hear the engine scream, I want the car to feel raw and without compromise, agile, light on its feet, etc. I want the italian passion. If I want a daily driver I rather take the german engineering instead

Have not read the full thread but 0-200 9.7sec or 10.6 sec is a MASSIVE difference in power. Having experimented extensively with vbox trying to get under 10 secs at different power levels I can say that you need over 100hp more to get from the measurement done here vs automobilissimo. I really dont understand how magazines can get such different measurements especially with cars that have DSG and launch control..

Number of passengers + level of fuel tank especially. Especially with cars like 458 (95l tank) it can make difference. We might be looking at 100-150kg difference in car weight depending on this factors.
+ test condiotions of course.
