    What are these and why weren't they removed during PDI?

    Any reason why these are still on my car after PDI?

    Those are "transit blocks" fitted to the springs of the car so that it doesn't move up and down during shipping. They should have been one of the first things removed during the PDI and need to come off ASAP as they seriously impede your suspension travel at anything other than manoeuvering speeds I would guess.

    Big mistake to allow a car to be driven with those on, except in and out the transport truck and the workshop. Potentially dangerous!

    Threaten to sue them!

    Wow, that is quite terrifying. Imagine you needed that suspension to do it's thing at a sudden turn.
