NO MORE PASM!
I am getting so sick and tired of the PASM (spasm) suspension. My 2005 has many miles and the shocks actually seem totally worn out. I have to drive in sport more now to keep the rear from bouncing too much. Thinking about pulling the fuse on the PASM and going into limp home mode (actually the best setting!)
I used to have PSS9 on my 996 - loved them. I do not EVER want the PSS10 that works like PASM - just want normal suspension.
Short of more Bilsteins what is a more practical (cheaper) way to go? I was thinking of Bilstein struts (like the normal stock suspension) and shorter springs to bring the ride height down a bit to my 'S' spec.
Has anyone done this or know of someone who has killed off their PASM (I know what needs to be done with the Car Computer to turn it off).
Thanks
