Anyone tried Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrics?
Hi All,
Pondering some new tyres at the mo.. I thought about some MPSCs (don't make them for Boxsters) and P-Zero Corsas (no-one here seems to sell them) so not much luck on the R-rated choices. Bridgestone RE-11s seem to have some following but are REALLY heavy (not much point buying expensive light wheels then putting heavy tyres one..).
Trawling through tirerack.com, it seems these Goodyears are the lightest of the normal road-spec choices, won Evo's tyre test of a couple of years back, and also an AM&S test - supposedly beating PS2s in both wet and dry.. On top of that, they're cheaper than PS2s and they do N-rated ones. They look pretty attractive on that basis.
Anyone had any experience, good or bad?
