I might get into trouble for saying this but I've lurked around long enough to remember that this thread somehow reminded me of the unnecessary heated debates from 'funcarsonline' days.
These are the stuff that make people leave.
I also hope this thread gets deleted including this post and get back to Cayenne Turbo impression.
Cheers,
J

Meh, both sides have settled their differences more or less. I think deleting is a whole other issue. On local BMW forums this would not even raise an eye brow, but that also doesn't say much for that forum... Just bringing it into perspective.
BTW: Im waiting to have the new TT cayenne in town so i can see it. Till then, thanks for the write-up
indeed shifting is ancient technology - so is a fuel burning engine.. I happen to like both :)

1. I thought that the heated debate was over
2. while Pentium is Romanian, hugo is not, just for the book
3. I'm sorry this thread took a weird direction but yes, there was some "internal stuff" going on most people aren't aware of
4. this is an international forum and sometimes people get some heat (look at some "US" or "Greece" discussions) but til now, most people were cool with it because we discussed in a civilized manner and it worked
5. this is a private forum, the admins and mods are paying the bills, putting a lot of work into this site and even programming their ass off for your enjoyment and information. Criticizing Admins or Mods can be done by PM but publicly doing so doesn't get you any sympathy from us. There is one particular person and I think he knows who I'm talking about. It is one thing to argue with somebody but a completely different one to get mixed up in something you don't have a clue about. Next time...bye bye and this is a warning.
6. deleting this thread or parts of it would be considered censorship by many. This is why we don't delete anything...unless it is something really really bad
7. to make it short: I closed this thread, so we can continue discussing the Cayenne impressions in another thread (whoever wants to start it.
