Saw Bentley Continental Flying Spur in Matte Black outside my hotel in Opatija(on short SPA sprring holidays with my wife) few days ago...
Simply horrible... I hate all Matte colors, specially when you see who is driving these Matte cars... Matte Black is only got for SR71 IMHO.
I love matte black but I really think this is a matter of personal preferences/taste. I loved matte black even 20 years ago when nobody actually used this color for cars.
Saw a matte black Bentley Continental Coupe in Munich a couple of weeks ago, superb.
My red 996 Turbo RS-Tuning had black painted rims, a first at that time but unfortunately Porsche wasn't able to use a matte color. My current 997 Turbo has matte black painted turbo rims...I'm in love.

You can get a similar shade of red if you rub your standard red car with bird sh*t and then park it in the bright sun for about a year
Oh, is that the look he was going for?
At least he got there
Maybe this is the PSAP (Porsche Social Acceptance Package) option.
