    Matte red turbo

    Currently for sale at a specialist dealer in the UK. A matte red wrap on a black car. Not sure about this look Smiley It's certainly different.

    Yeah. My Dad used to pay me to wash his car when I was a kid. I used Mr. Clean for soap and after a few months that's what it looked like. Smiley

    Never thought of that Smiley  I guess it is like red paint that has oxidised. I'm not a fan of these wraps at the best of times.

    I would have opted for matte white since the car just seems big. But the wrap idea is very clever IMO. Imagine resale value in 10 years with MINT black metallic paint

    This color suits a Nissan GT-R pretty well, maybe even a 997 Turbo but not the Panamera.

    Saw Bentley Continental Flying Spur in Matte Black outside my hotel in Opatija(on short SPA sprring holidays with my wife) few days ago...

    Simply horrible... I hate all Matte colors, specially when you see who is driving these Matte cars... Matte Black is only got for SR71 IMHO.

    I love matte black but I really think this is a matter of personal preferences/taste. I loved matte black even 20 years ago when nobody actually used this color for cars.

    Saw a matte black Bentley Continental Coupe in Munich a couple of weeks ago, superb.

    My red 996 Turbo RS-Tuning had black painted rims, a first at that time but unfortunately Porsche wasn't able to use a matte color.  My current 997 Turbo has matte black painted turbo rims...I'm in love.

    Yuk....  There are so many great things you can do with a car's colour when you choose to wrap it, but I have no idea why you would want to pick "faded red"...

    I don't care for this matte look, but there were several examples at Geneva this year--Mercedes, Bentley, Maserati.  Not my taste, but designers must have something up their sleeves.  Makes the car look plastic, IMHO...
