J.Seven:Mind blowing specs and it looks great although a bit Corvetish. The F12 had cleaner lines, but this new one also looks amazing and the interior is to die for, best on it´s class and making the Aventador look like a child toy inside.
Actually, I think the new look is less Corvette than the old one.

The front engined V12 gets this ridiculous Corvette analogy every time its released. - even by people on FChat who really should know better.
The name is a marketing embarrassment. Are they even trying?
I like the interior, as it has a nice blend of technical materials and a very modern aesthetic, highly appropriate for this car and its segment.
The exterior is less of a success than the F12 in my opinion, especially the rear glass. Is there some functional reason for its inelegant shape and proportion?
As I am not a cabin-rear configuration fan, I never really warmed up to the predecessors. However, visually the new model looks more "cabin center", and I find it really appealing. Also the horrendous aero bridge is now gone, and the smiley pokemon front is now gone, so from a design point of view, I really like it!
The least point of the design would be the rear imo; it's quite busy, and I get the corvette comments. I wouldn't go that far, but understand the sentiments. What bugs me most about the rear is that the rear light diameters are visually too close to the diameter of the exhausts, and they are also aligned vertically, which gives the visual impression of 8 exhaust pipes sticking out of the rear... once seen it is difficult to step over this issue.

The only thing I do not like about the new 812 Superfast is the fact that I cannot afford it.
Wonderful car, the perfect GT.

The analogy gets made for a reason though...
SciFrog:Someone said once when you buy a V12 Ferrari you just buy the engine and you get the rest for free
Good one.

Grant:Is 800hp the most powerful NA production motor of all time?

Porker:I like the car, but what a silly name... Call it Superveloce or whatever if you must, but not this...
Yeah, it reminds me of these Chinese products called "Super Gold Deluxe" and similar. Not really a classy name for such a special car.
Is it RWD? If so it seems a bit optimistic to get 800 HP in the asphalt and get to 100 in 2.9 secs.
Turbo:It's an old Ferrari Name (1964-1966 500 Superfast)
I know that, but that just means someone in the 60's invented a silly name, it should not have been given a second life!
