or you can just watch it on pc for free while getting work done....
indeed shifting is ancient technology - so is a fuel burning engine.. I happen to like both :)

In my opinion the app I've posted is better than the official "free" one, as you can not only watch the times but also the position of the different cars live on the track!
Furthermore you can zoom in and change the viewing angle of the track (bird view vs. topview) which gives you even more a "mtten drin statt nur dabei"-feeling ;-)
Anyway thanks for the link of the free application, I'll check it out today during the race...

Thats true, you cannot do that with the official free one, the only thing you can do to that respect is see if they are in the first, second or third interval by the live timing but not the exact position.

I tried it out today, it had several bugs:
- The number of pit stops was always displayed as "0"
- The time of the 3rd sector was never displayed
- During the pit stops, the drivers where still displayed as racing around the track.
So better wait a little before you buy this app, at that price you should expect more. And even then, all they do is estimate the position of the drivers on the track based on the timing data.
