I didn't clean the car so the insurance company will see the car was parked for some time on that spot (right in front of my still under construction house).
The rear left wheel is not perpendicular on the ground 
I suspect some suspension damage...

Oh boy, I'm so sorry. This really sucks. 
During my stay in Romania almost two decades ago, I was driving a Mercedes 190E 2.6. You would be surprised how many dents and scratches this car had and trust me, I never had an accident. Even while standing next to the car talking to a friend, a woman kicked the rear side part with her Dacia and drove away. I had to run over two red lights to get her (thanks to the CD license plate, not a real problem 
) but the romanian insurance ADAS paid a couple of thousands of LEI only, it was something around 50 german marks or so. 
Thanks god I had a german insurance too which paid for it.
Which reminds me of a fun game a friend from Lebanon always did at a red light to drive the police men (there was one at almost every intersection, speaking of police states) crazy. When his friend was driving in front of him, both had those huge US limousines, he was kicking his friend from behind with his car just for fun. They didn't care about the dents or scratches (and to be honest, not much happened...these cars were TANKS). The policemen couldn't do ANYTHING about it because they both had a "legitimatie diplomatica". The fun part was actually that their cars didn't have a CD license plate but Beirut plates, partially in arabic and of course the policemen tried to bust them but each time they went to the car window and asked them to exit the car, these guys waved their black diplomatic ID. 
It was kind of fun but I never did this because I felt a bit sorry for these policemen, don't know why. They had to be on the street no matter how the weather was.
Sorry for the long story, it may have cheered you up a little bit, at least I hope so.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your kind words.
I usually don't get over stressed about such incidents (after all a car is a car not a painting or whatever art piece) but this car is brand new. I bought it in September, drove it 6.000 km around Europe and parked the car waiting for the spring (my driveway is still under construction). Nice cruiser it is but a sport car for sure NOT. So I am just a little frustrated, that's all. If it was just for scratches... but the rear left wheel that's now tilted at an angle really worries me...
RC: similar things still happens in Eastern Europe but I'm like you: "power is nothing without control"

Wow that's sad, what kind of idiots rans into your car on that angle anyways? Also no traces in the snow that i can see so maybe it was a big truck or van trying to pull a 20 point turn for no particular reason whatsoever. Saddens me in this day and age. Hope insurance will fix her up to 100%. And the owner of the red vehicle, hope they suffer engine malfunction every other car trouble for the rest of their lives.

Oh thats a really big shi**. I feel for you. I am not from CSI but I see some DNA that was left on the scene. You know things like that always can happen, but those guys that are running away should not be even allowed to drive with the bus or use a taxi. Leaving a paper on the windshild with hes details would be the minimum you can accept, even if it wouldnt be really smart due to wether, only if he would cover it with some plastik paper, but he should have noted the details and search for the next police station and inform them.
Did you already check with the police, maybe your case is known, due to the driver or if you are lucky an eyewitness.

Well, in Austria maybe...
I guess it depends on the policeman who works on the case.
In Germany, running from the scene of the accident, even if nobody was hurt, is the dumbest thing you can do. Very expensive and you very likely loose the driver's license too for at least a month.

That's a red car paint.... I am trying to see if it can be analyzed somewhere around here in order to determine what type of car was. A piece of the bumper seems to be stuck between the rim and the tire...

Oups, i really feel for you. Well one good thing is that if the police is as good as ours for these kind of things. With the marks left on your car, they might find the guy that did that. As we can see it's a red car, then they can see the tires marks left near your car.
I hope they will catch the guy who's not taking responsabilities for his GREAT achievement
