    I guess the design department got so excited in proving that they could deliver a design without Bangle and thus completely outdid themselves...

    I guess with these new sedans outhere Aston Martin will feel ore confident in bringing the new Lagonda or maybe a  new Lambo Espada!

     that car is in the Panamera levels of ugly, based on the sketches i though it was ging to be good, those were some good sketches. i hope the regular 5er is good.

    I don't think it is any uglier than the monstrous BMW X6. It will sell to the usual novelty seekers like the X6 is currently doing.

    That back is BEYOND words fugly! I mean FUGLY at a whole new level of existance!!!!

    I just don't understand. Why the need for coexistance of so much models with such small design differences. This GT x6/5, A7, A5 sportback  vs A4... the list will only expand. It looks like car makers have no clue what people want to buy and think that offering them all they can think of will make for less risk of missing the financial goals.

    I thought recession i breaking loose. Downsizing time and all?

    This GT will end with the same tragic as Mercedes R-Class. Technically a great car, lots of comfort, very spacious, but so ugly, that even the deepest BMW fan will not get it.

    Yikes! Not a fan of that at all. None of the cars in that genre do it for me, but I think the Aston looks the best.

    I can't believe BMW went with this just cause Porcshe made one... Haven't they being paying attention on what's happening in MB camp. I think MB is just sitting back now, laughing and saying: Hello, have you BMW guys seen how good our R-class was recieved! Losers, hahaha!

    In all things, the more I look at Panamera the more natural it looks to me. At least It has more daring design elements on the inside. I bet it feels like no other car when you sit in it. It's at least 50% more expensive than it should be but hay... ...GT looks like a hack job in comparison

    I was down at the BMW dealer and saw this car in the flesh for the first time, it's actually looks good to me. I know I trashed this car before but now I am eating my words.

    It's a BIG car, looks even longer than the LWB 7 and the car  I saw was black, and it does looks good in that colour. It's has quite a menacing look from the front and the rear actually does look ok.

    Inside is very comfortable, trunk space is on par with the Panamera, front feels quite a bit roomier than the Panamera with a lower center console and the rear about the same with a touch less head room, l'd say leg room is better than the Panamera.

    This car and the Panamera DO NOT photograph well, after seeing both cars in real life, they really look completely different than the pics we see here.

    I've seen the GT a couple of months ago for the first time at Munich Airport. I was very surprised to actually see the REAL THING in a public place(departure hall) before it even was available at dealers. 

    My wife hated it and I also have to say that I have problems to understand BMW's strategy with the GT. It looks like a bloated 5 series.

    I don't think that the GT will have much success in Germany, don't know about other countries though.

    My dealer, actually a very huge dealer, he told me, that the sale is awful, they sold only 2 cars, vs they sold over 40 X1 in the same timeframe!

    The only 5GT I have seen was one on presentation. After that I haven't seen it on road yet. IMO it looks better in flash than on pictures, but  I wouldn't have it.

    I like Panamera, it looks good in flesh...
