    Another title for Porsche

    Richard Westbrook won the drivers' FIA-GT title in the GT2 class driving the GT3 RSR. Smiley

    Porsche drivers also won (again) the class titles in LMS, ALMS and Grand-Am. In ALMS Porsche additionally won the manufacturers' and teams' titles.

    I suppose the continuing success of the GT3 variants is a fitting reply to all those who allege that the 911 platform is finished.

    In ALMS at least with so many manufacturers in GT2, I expect that no one will dominate.

    So the season winners will those that are consistent on all circuits picking up points even when they don't win. Porsche have always been good at that.

    We will have to see if there are as many teams fielding the RSR in the ALMS next year. The numbers definitely help Porsche but I expect Corvette to be very strong with BMW right behind.
