Other forums have special "NEW MEMBER" and saying "HELLO"" areas on the forum specifically designed to introduce new members. Sometimes it is even mandatory to say hi on there before mods will activate your account. At and rate, i think that could help. Because saying hi and explaining your car passion, cars owned and area of residence will instantly link you with others and create the first contact.
I would LOVE to see a garage thin added to all profile pages. Right now that is missing, and you can see the need in that peoples signatures have become their garage. And this is good IMO because it helps identify and relate.
Everyone should be welcomed but if some make false claims or have additude i also think the forum should allow for natural selection so to speak.
