Pics of my black 997.2 C2S with black GT3 MKI rims

I have put these rims on as I wanted to have Michelin Cups tyres to go to the track. I will take then off after.

The Cups are much smoother then the Pilot Sports, much more comfortable and make less noise on public roads.

I like these black rims alot on my car. Maybe I should paint my standart Carrera rims in balck Smiley On my order I had specilied this, but then canceled it as I thaught It would be too balck.

Does any one have a pic of a black Carrera with black rims ?

Very cool, but for some reason, with these wheels, I feel your car should be lowered a further 20mm, while with your normal wheels, I never noticed it...

Maybe it's because your used to GT3 wheels perfectly filling the arches?

love black wheels,i think that also your standard Carrera rims will looks great too,but the important thing for me is the grey lip,it gives a good touch that all black hasn't

I completly agree Darius. The silver bezel makes the difference! Pure black would make the rim disappear. This one looks really great!

I took the 5 mm spacer off, as already like this, at the back in heavy corners something was touching at the beginning. But after going up and down one of ma local mountain , it does not make any noise anymore Smiley

Porker ..........Ideally I would have the car 20 mm lower, even more with my original rims. The -20mm sports chassis is less noticeable to me on this version then on the previous .

You really take beautiful photos! I love the wheels, the standard Carrera IIs looked great, these are even better. I agree that the silver rim is important to define the wheel.

Now you can specify the Carrera II wheels in black with the silver ring for 1.500 Euro extra.

Awesome wheels! Fits the car really nice.

In my opinion you need both spacers and lower springs But then again, I am addicted to these mods and probably not the right person to listen to

Today I will put my original rims back and I will try with the 1.5 cm spacers at the back. ( I have them in my garage since many month but never tried them out )

Yes, they are. But as my brother had these rims with the Cups on in his garage, and not using them , I took the occasion to mount them on my car. ( he uses 18'' on his Gt3 )
