For me the B7 would probably the most interesting competitor to the Panamera turbo. WIll be interesting to drive these two cars in comparison. The B7 should be available with AWD by then (I guess)
BMW bought in the last generation B7 as they don't have a M7 to counter AMG S63 and Audi S8, but it was late in the model cycle and I believe it was only on sale for a year or 2. It was sold thru official BMW dealers and gets the same warranty.
There is no official word from BMW that they will bring it over, and from what I have heard, even if they do, it will be late in the model cycle to boost sales.

That's really a shame, as the Alpinas have always been the better BMWs.
