Top Panamera seems in line with CLS63 AMG:
514HP
1905kg
14.5 l/100km
Maybe better accomodation and luggage space in the Panamera.

neunelf:You are right if it is so. However, I don't know of any cayenne turbo owner who has achieved anywhere near the official consumption.
If this is correct the average fuel consumption of the Panamera Turbo is just 1l lower than the Cayenne Turbo's even though it's 500kg lighter and more aerodynamic. Not a glorious achievement.

Wow Eric, you seem to have all the official information.
I was kinda wondering about the lineup and came pretty close to this as it's typical porsche. I think the hybrid will bring porsche into a new era that is much on the growth. I just hope it's better than most of the useful hybrids on the market right now.
I think eventually we might even see a Turbo S (wishful thinking of course)
thanks for the info!
2005 Ford Focus S, 5spd
1986 Porsche 944, 5spd

Yep, there is no obvious why we won't have a Turbo S version .... as usual, it should come right before the "face-lift"....
As far as hybrid is concerned, it will a V6 engine + Electrical .... key being batteries and I don't know what type/generation it will be ....

It appears that AMS (recent issue of yesterday) shows pictures of the Panamera without any camouflage. You can verify this as they printed a picture with a small scale model of the Panamera (and the responsible Porsche design guy standing next to it). The car in the other pictures is identical to that small scale model. Thus, seems to be the final product.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner right now...

i just puked on my keyboard. i really hope they nailed this technically because that side view SUCKS. i'm sure it's better from other angles. but wow... i can almost forgive the fat rear but that gill aft of the front wheels doesn't come close to matching anything else on the car.
imho and all that... jeez. let's see what my wife says :P

Does somebody know which models are available at launch?
Thanks
3 models are supposed to be available at launch, the Turbo model is among them.
Like we predicted a long time ago: the Panamera will be huge and heavy.
