The GT2 is easy to go fast in. The car really defies all logic. My other street/track car is a 2007 Z06. At twice the price of the Z06 with mods, the GT2 is worth every penny I paid for it.
The GT2 is better than any article that has been written about. You really need to live with the GT2 on a daily basis to understand how perfect it is.
HLisk:I am glad to hear this from a proper owner/driver, because all these "experts" from the various english language magazines/TVshows have been condemning this marvelous car!

I have driven in pouring rain on the Michelin Cups. If you drive the speed limit you will not have any problems.
I am using Hoosier R6's on the track they work great if kept at 39psi hot. I am getting 700 track miles on the Hoosiers. The car is using 1 and 1/2 sets of rear pads to 1 set of front pads. The dealer is replacing the front Calipers to try to stop irregular pad wear.
The high temperature sensors on the turbos are being replaced also due to giving false high temp signals, thus cutting power. Looking forward to seeing a increase in power when finished.
The car has been track aligned and corner balanced. Also having GMG sway bars installed.
This has to be the perfect track/street car.
I found a video of DE event at Road Atlanta where pictures where taken. I'm a little slow at this event due to first time driving 911 on track. I'm a lot faster now. Enjoy.

thanks guys, it was truely a beautiful day in in cold nov. the morning was cold and wet and the afternoon was dry and sunny. I also got the chance to drive in a 997 TT which was done by Manthey. It had 535PS, suspensions, carbon fibre rear wing, GT3 roll cage and Recaro bucket seats. It was very powerful but a real drift machine. the rear end just flew out instantly when being in contact with the throttle... V
Very nice car but also very different handling compared to the GT3 on the track..
greets!
I haven't seen these pictures before.
It is a gorgeous car and it is more pleasing to see that the owner enjoys his toy where it is intended to be used
