Does anyone have a picture of a Carrera with sandbeige bucket seats installed? I am contemplating this option in a two-tone sandbeige/black interior but I wonder how it looks. I already saw that color with bucket seats in a Ferrari 599 and it looked quite good i must say.

What I was trying to say:
Boxster, Cayman and Carrera are very versatile cars, yet rather precise, solid and rational than luxurious, plush or emotional. A Cayman with sandbeige interior looks a bit odd to me already, conbined with bucket seats even more.
Bucket seats are combined with leather, carbon or alcantar in my eyes, not with light-coloured leather or even wood. Of course, just a personal opinon.

That's funny! If you look at pictures of the original 911 it had both a wooden dash and a wodd-rimmed steering wheel. Jaguar XKE's had wood rimmed steering wheels as did many sports cars of that an earlier eras. Marcos and Morgan made (and still do in the case of Morgan) the car structure out of wood. The 917 had a balsa wood gear shift knob, the BMW M3CSL and Z06 have balsa wood floors in the their trunks.
So wood in sports cars is perfectly appropriate.
