    997 carrera in a real turbo-look

    It's possible for you have in a near future a really 997 turbo look version?? Not as the actually S version
    What do you think about? Meanwhile someone can make some pics with photoshop for example..

    And here we go again...
    1. the 997 Carrera S has a narrow-width body.
    2. the 997 Carrera 4S (and 4) models have the wider body of the 997 Turbo
    3. if you mean by "turbo look" a 997 Turbo with the 997 Carrera M97 engine without turbos, without the side air inlets and without the rear wing, no chance right now

    And if somebody would ever be dumb enough to pay money for such a model, it wouldn't make sense at all. A 997 Carrera 4S with lots of options and powerkit is already pretty close to 997 Turbo price tag.
    So wouldn't it be wiser to go for the "real" thing instead?!

    The 996 4s was more similar to the Turbo than the S version now...

    Looks vs. Weight vs. Performance

    Why go any wider? It would probably look comical, like the cars grade school kids draw in their exercise books. You would also add weight and reduce performance. Seems like a very dumb idea to me.
