    Hard day at work...

    Sometimes I get to work from home. It was a nice sunny day today so I decided to take a break from work!

    Franch, Yes that is a GT3 front bumper.

    Interesting,
    My front bumper will certainly need to be replaced soon, paint cracks, chipstones, etc etc etc.
    Would Porsche do that for you? or they'd tell you that it can only be sold with the whole aerokit package (incl GT3 rear wing)
    Technically, does it actually create a change of stability of the car at speeds? I presume the GT3 front spoiler creates more downforce than the standard one.

    i suppose not... your concerns regarding aerodynamics are correct.

    here's a quote from the porsche website (tequipment section, aerokit II):

    "For reasons of safety, the front and rear sections should not be fitted separately."

    Right, the GT3 front spoiler alone doesn't do the job. The rear wing is needed too. But I guess this isn't a real problem in the land of the free...and speed limits.

    Nope, I was told you'd have to cruise at 120mph before you notice a difference.

    Humm, interesting, thanks guys.
    Well, I do drive above 120 mph whenever I can, so I guess I'll have to do with a standard spoiler then, shame, I like the look.
