3/4th of all new Porsches are financed / leased and not all of them fall under the category of company cars.
If you talk privately with car dealers about the way a few customers finance their cars you might not stop shaking your head... Just recently someone in my neigbourhood went bankrupt, all of his different Porsche models were impounded.
Back to the original question: I would check out both cars on a long testdrive, their characters are much different. Unless you are an absolute Porsche-phile and only want the current lineup, I have no other advice.
In any other case I'd consider a used model (namely the GT- or RS-models) or even a car from a different brand as a substitute for the GT3. The TT is definately the higher adaptable car when it comes to usage.
