I think that both interiors solve different tasks.
The BMW is more luxurious and offers better materials. The Panamera is the one which give you the more sporty feeling. Both are very nice. For a short trip in Schwarzwald the Panamera is nice. A long trip or going out for dining (also with a girlfriend Christian) the BMW suits better.

Stupid question: What about the next gen Cayenne Turbo S?
Or if cost is an issue: Why not getting the new Mercedes E63 AMG? Do you really need that much interior room?
The BMW is surely something special and it is definitely cheaper than a Panamera Turbo. Also, I can see how the BMW would be seen more "acceptable" by the tax office, resulting in a lower risk for deductibility (however I do not know your income, so maybe it doesn't really matter).
