    That will most certainly be the new GT3 seat for the US since the seatback isn't fixed.

    There were two seperate designs that received patents.
    Hardshell and movable backrest.

    new seats also for 987-997 and cayman???? no side airbags I think.....

    Perhaps the side air bags for US market could fit into that trapeziodal shaped " panel " just ahead of the " Figure 3 " labeling on the side views.

    Weird since I won't buy a Carrera with a over-done racing seat like that no matter how comfortable. Also weird because I can't track my new track seats in my Porsche without getting warrenty on the whole car voided.
