18" Porsche N-spec Snow Tires?
Anybody have any experience with the recommended Porsche N-spec snow tires for the Cayenne: Dunlop Grandtrek WT M2 N0 (235 /60 R 18 107 H XL)(130 mph) or Pirelli Scorpion A/T N0 (235/60 R 18 107 T XL)(118 mph)? The Dunlops have a higher speed rating, finer siping, and a less agressive lug pattern then the Pirellis. I've had Blizzak LM-22's, which are probably more similar to the Dunlops, on my old X5 and they worked great in the snow. We rarely have snow in Seattle, but the ski slopes are an hour away, so the roads go from dry to ice, slush, packed snow, unpacked snow, when we go skiing. I'd appreciate any thoughts on these two tires and more generally on the pros and cons of Porsche N-spec tires. Thanks.
