    Who's the best dealer at Newport Auto Center???

    I have a friend who is interested in buying a new 997. Anyone have any recommendations on a good dealer at Newport Auto Center (Orange County, CA)? I mainly deal with Circle Porsche in Long Beach, so I really don't know anyone at Newport.

    Elden Lauterbach @ Newport Auto Center (949-673-0900) is great. I have bought 5 cars from him over the years. He is low/no pressure and very knowledgeable. He is always willing to answer any question and if he doesn't have the answer he will research it for you. Five cars from him and no surprises.

    i think that's where robert grant (robert, augora hills on many porsche forums) works
    you can't miss him- he's 6'9"!
