Heh, Piet's (944guy) language is quite.. colorful sometimes
He's ok.. it's just that he likes flat6 better than rennteam.
Other than that, i don't see any problems, he gave credit to the rennteam poster.
It is not about liking or disliking something, it is about character, education and good taste. And this is where people have to draw the line. People actually seem to forget that everything they "say" on the internet can be read by thousands of people worldwide. So if somebody wants to make himself look like an idi.t internationally, the internet is the perfect way to do that. Just as a little sidenote.
I'm 40, I'm a serious business man, I have family and I have customers who trust me. I'm not a 12 year old kid whose father is driving a sportscar and I'm not a 30 year old loser who's biggest achievement in life is to start an internet forum about cars. I can't even think of using such "colorful" language and I would never dream of joining another forum, let's say a Corvette forum, to tell people how great my Porsche is and how sorry I am for them.
This is the biggest problem on the internet: people are anomymous, you never know who you're dealing with in reality. So the "cool" Ferrari owner may own a Subaru only. And the hot headed Porsche racer may own a Daewoo only...or just a Need for Speed video game.
Maybe you guys should ask yourself: who would you trust if you'd need to do business with that person? Maybe now you got yourself an answer to all your questions.
Yes, you can judge people by their language and their "behaviour", there is no such thing like a sheep in a wolf's skin.
