last day to change my order. final spec.

today was the last day to change my order ,i did change few things ,this is it:
f430 f1coupe
exterior: rosso corsa ds322
interior: nero 8500
carpets: nero 152
optionals:
BLUE : bluetooth device
CALR : red calipers
CDCH : cd changer
DEDI : dedication plate
ELEC : electric seats
INST : yellow rpm (free option)
LOGO : scuderia shields on fenders
PARK : rear parking sensors
RUF1 : leather roof
SHF2 : leather rear shelf and underdoor molding
SND1 : high power hifi with subwoofer
STC2 : special stitching in red 0504
TRIM : aluminum interior trim (free option)
TYPP : pirelli tyres (free option)
steering wheel center marker in red leather (special order ,no code)

delivery : march 15 2006 (anybody knows a good way to hibernate and wake up march 15?

)

i deleted the daytona seats because i saw the standard seats with red stitching they were gorgeous, i also saw the daytona with stitching ,they were too busy to my taste. i added the sensors because i will use the car everyday better have them than not..
now we are in the agony of the wait

very nice car. You are absolutely right for the stiching and daytona - standart seats...

my car will be rosso scuderia cabrio with black leather and red stiching too... (standart seats like you)
the only big differences we have is that i ordered it with carbon interior and in center console and on the sides, and that i also have ordered the ceramic brakes.
I havent also ordered the cd charger because my dealer told me that the radio plays mp3 cds and the dedication plate.
I can change my order though till 10th of January.

P.s
what do you mean by : steering wheel center marker in red leather (special order ,no code)

Do you have any picture?!

aisxos ,concerning the carbon interior ,its nice ,but for me on a black interior ,its just too dark ,alu will light up the interior IMO.
i asked the mp3 question to my dealer ,he told me the system doesnt read mp3...so maybe somebody on the board could help us ,i think you are right the cd is useless if it reads mp3
concerning the marker ,this is a pic that will show what i mean . but my steering wheel will be black ,with red marker

i personnaly prefer the standard wheels ocean , as for ceramic brakes ,i dont track the car(there is no tracks over here) ,so i would be buying them just to save some brake dust ,wich is interesting ,but too expensive for that purpose...

i believe you are right... if the marker is red (only yhe marker though) it will be really nice... i have to think it i may include this too in my order...

Very nice car Dimitri!

Very good choice to take the standard over the Daytona-style seat design!

Dedication plate, yellow revv counter, SF-shields in fenders, red calipers, red stitching, alu interior are a highly personal choice, so there's no arguing about that.

If it was mine, I would change the following:

I would quit the rear bench in leather, as these are mostly parts that I don't see and I don't like the sills covered with leather, as the leather is very sensitive, when you scratch it with your shoes. It may be alright with the black leather interior, though.

Also I wouldn't take electric seats, as to me this one of the most useless extras, having in mind how often I change the settings of the seats.

And third I would think about the HiFi-system and the CD-changer. The changer was discussed before, concerning the HiFi I don't like it as it uses the space behind the seats and doesn't sound as good as it should. Even more I don't really need it in a Ferrari. But that's up to personal taste.

And last but not least, I would make sure that the bluetooth thing really works with your mobile.

Anyway, congrats again and I hope the time won't be too long!

Lets start from the beginning. As you mentioned the rear bench is leather comes with the sills as you said covered in leather. It is not beatiful to open the door and see the carpet on the sills.. I dont like it at all. Also when you get in such a car the smell of the fine leather is very nice, and as he has already ordered the red stiching, dont forget that the rear bench will have red stiching too. So it is going to be visible...
So i also placed this extra in my cabrio which is even more useless... (as i have carbon sills and less space behind the seats)

I totally agree for the elecric seats that are useless, (as you will change the seat very rarely, (but again have you seen the seats how bad they look without these electric buttons..? ) but here ok he could havent paid for them..

And finaly about the Sub woofer i like again the way it looks from the front window.. it makes the car more agreesive and of course the sound quality is not perfect but better..

As far as the bluetooth with what mobiles does it work??! I didnt know that. (But if it works you know that with the F1 system you cant talk to the phone and drive...) it is very difficult.

So i still agree with Dimitri's extras... Come on this is the car of his dream.. It ought to be perfect...
And i believe as he ordered it, it is...

the main reason why i ordered the electric seats is that i am 1.88meter , electric seats can be lowered ,while non electric cannot be lowered,and a perfect driving position is important to me. nobody will drive the car other than me,so if it wasnt for the height,i wouldnt order it. then for the rest , i better have everything in it rather than regret something after.the extras will cost 3 to 4% more,a 430 is a crazy buy,and as we say over here : if you want to get drunk you shouldnt count the glasses

I didnt get angry... I just said my opinion too I tried to explain you also why i believe he made the right choice......

They also have adjustable lumbar support, to me that is very important for proper comfort.
