    Premium F430 Spider?

    After being on the list for a little over a year, I have decided not to take possesion of my F430 spider. I was meant to to take possesion this November but have got it pushed back to early Jan. I have been offered 15k euros for my delivery date and car spec and after doing some research on the internet I have not been able to conclude if that was a fair markup. Should i be asking for more?

    All feedback will greatly be appreciated

    Markups are never fair. I'd say get the car in january at MSRP and be done with it. And next time use another dealer.

    Misunderstanding.

    I am getting the car at MSRP, however I do not want to take possesion of it. I have been offered 15keuros for someone to take my place and I do not know if thats is a considerable offer.

    That is a great offer as far as I'm concerned. You get 15.000 Euros for making someone's day by allowing them to get an F430 RIGHT NOW. But tell me, why don't you want to take the car? You see, Europe isn't the US and people here generally aren't willing to pay through the nose to get a car.

    What are the cars currently fetching over MSRP price? If it's around 15K+ over then of course it's a good deal. This isn't rocket science unless you're trying to solicit more offers

    You might want to read the article in the Independent regarding the 430 Spider. I posted it.You may not want to give it up.

    BTW, 15,000 Euro's( chump change) isn't very much. You might consider tripling it.

    I think the car must be sold to the person on the list , after you buy it then you can flip it . I do not think the dealer is obligated to sell you the car unless you are the one taking delivery . Why do you not want the car ?

    Nick, we have no such luck in Europe . I'd love to drive around in a Ferrari for free and just flip it every couple of years (the dealer would get me a spot without a problem), but sadly, 15.000 Euros is about as much as you can get (no sarcasm here, just looking at it from your point-of-view).

    Thank you all for your input.

    The numbers vary sometimes you find huge markups and sometimes you find better ones. Hence I have decided to take the 15k offer. (If only I were in the US)

    Actually I had the intentions of selling the 360 and the CT to help me pay for a Murcielago Barchetta

    580 HP nice but I would still take the 430 Spider , how can you pass on that car at MSRP .
