    Purpose of the CLS?

    What justifies the CLS exsistence? It is absolute rubbish. We have an E-class sedan already, why do we need a funny looking, ill proportioned one? If they wanted to make a four door coupe they could have done it, but instead they screwed up big time and bought us a loony toon car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Every car manufacturer today tries to fill as many gaps as possible that are not already occupied by a competitor, in hope for an extra profit. And with modern platform strategy that is common for every big player in the market, this aim is ever easier to achieve.

    This is going to be the new trend in car designs. A 4 door sedan that looks like a coupe.
