    Lamborghini in NYC/Long Island

With quite a few positive reviews of the new (2005 SE or 2006) Gallardo, it seems this car can be an interesting alternative to 997TT as an everyday driver. The biggest concern I have is where I would service it on Long Island. Would I have to go to
NYC or even further just to change oil or fix a little gremlin
that would (inevitably) pop up? I've owned a 2001 996TT for 4.5 years now and came to realize how important it is to have a well-developed support base. Around here, one can choose among 2 or 3 dealerships and maybe half a dozen of reputable racing shops to do the work on P-cars. How is it for Lambo's?
Someone with a Lambo on this bord, who lives on Long Island?

    Re: Lamborghini in NYC/Long Island

Yeah, it's called "Lambo Island Elite Club". Nick (nberry) is chairman.
We also have "The Elephant Collectors of Greenland Club", the "CGT owners of Beirut Lounge" and let's not forget "The Mini Cooper Club of Monaco".

Sorry, havent heard about Lambo owners from LI

It is if you're a multimillionaire.

    Re: Lamborghini in NYC/Long Island

Just have it serviced at Manhattan Motorcars...they're the only one I know in the immediate NY Metro Area

    Re: Lamborghini in NYC/Long Island

The proper spelling is Lawn Guyland.
