    Can't really tell much yet from the photo but in person the Cocoa looks like it's going to work well. The interior is very nice. I'm happy. I should be able to pick it up later today.

    Congrats Gary.
    I saw my first white Boxster in the flesh at the weekend and even on only a partially sunny day over here in the UK it looked great! I hope your first mod is to replace the side indicators with clear ones.

    Enough of posting on here, get out there and drive it. You want to get past those 1800 break-in miles ASAP!

    You can, and likely will be, stopped and ticketed in Texas for no front plate. It's not like I haven't done it before. It's just that I really don't need any additional reasons to be stopped so why not install the plate. I can live with the aesthetic compromise.

    Also if you do any autocrossing or DE's, you have a wide choice of "R" tires that are less expensive than "18's".....
    PS - Very nice car....my favorite color!!

    I love white Porsches. By total coincidence, all my Porsches have been white. A white Boxster is a thing of beauty.

    As far as taking it off road, you have PASM to prevent that from happening.

    Had the call today - mines on its way from the factory. Not bad for a November build slot eh !!

    They're not happy at the OPC - they'll have to store it til Jan 2nd

    I'm keeping the Cayenne and it's doing fine. I have put over 55k miles on it since I bought it about two years ago. Now I plan to primarily drive the Boxster around town and probably use the Cayenne for trips.

    Hey GM,

    I think your car is simply gourgious (spelling ??). At first when I saw the car "wrapped up" I was not sure what to mean about a white 987, but the last pictures...wauw. I would most likely never had thought about this car in white, but that sure has changed. On the other hand I am not certain that a coupe would do as well, the black top gives a good contrast.

    Only thing I would like to see on this car is the 19" sport design wheels....
