It was a great day out, thanks Dreamcar! Beautiful scenery and amazingly not a single roadkill - though that silly pheasant made an honest attempt. Traffic back into London was a bit of pain even after dreamcar's quick re-routing assistance when we saw the backed up M27, but that's expected on a Sunday evening (what do all those people want on the M25? You'd think there's free beer for everyone to be had in the construction zone).
Monkey, you should have bought a Cayenne, or a tank! Killing your tire in the attempt to catch up with us is not what we had in mind when we phoned you. Sorry to hear. Next time we call at 6am so there's plenty of leisurely time to get ready.
And of course they had to capture my dirty girl in all her camouflage. I don't think anybody believed us when we swore on the bible that the car had been nice and clean when we set out in rainy London. Trying to wipe the dust off using my Jeans didn't exactly improve things either. I need JZ or Monkey to park in the empty spot in front of me the next time.
There'll be some more pictures tonight.
