    Ok, you guys don't post enough pictures of your Porsches! Here are random picks I took after I washed the CT:







    My Dad's birthday is coming up, and I was thinking he needs some black floormats and clear side markers.

    you're nuts(no pun intended)! but that shows how crazy you are about the car:) i send my SUV's to get washed, i tried to do it myself for a while, but it was a losing battle, took me hours to do one!

    It's not hard. I raise the Pepper to the Penthouse to wash the wheels and wheel wells, then send it to the basement to wash the roof.

    If it wasn't for me, it would never get cleaned.

    hi chilligirl, if you click on the "reply" button and make your post, you will see at the bottom there is a little submit pictures section select the picture then add post

    GM, you're my idol (well, after Mike S and his car collection, anyway), - one of the 0.1% of Cayenne owners that actually utilize its considerable off-road capabilities. After I've had mine for at least 12 months (at which time I officially consider it not new anymore), I'll hope to do the same. But, before I do, you'll have to help me find some 19" tires that won't have me begging a CJ driver for a tow.

    I just got my new Cay V6 /05. Dealer cleaned the car before the deliverly to me but they didn't do a good job so, yesterday they recleaned especially the windows.
    I think the windows look OK now but those "black rubbers" around the windows look really dull. This car sat under the sun on their lot about 6months before I got it.Can anyone recommend how to make it look good?

    use rubber dressing, it will make the black rubber looks new

    Went to auto store asking for dressing and the guy there wanted to look at the condition before he chose product for me.He said it looked oxidized.I ended up getting mother's black to black.
    I just applied and looks much better.
    But the guy who helped me said he used to work at the porsche dealership,and couldn't believe that they sold the new car that way (it's been only 5days since I purchased)and thought I should took it back and got those rubbers around the windows replaced under the warranty.
    Well... it looks OK now and I'll see how it goes.

    here is the proof we needed, indeed the Cayenne headlight does get moisture inside of it... I'm claiming these under warranty


    this Cayenne was so cleaned when I delivered it...


    now not even street dogs respect it...


    not a Katrina related incident before you start a whole story, but indeed it had to do with high water in heavy rain season... result... totaled

    at least we had fun...

    Hey! I remember that showroom photo! That's an 03 or 04 and you had the lower moldings painted body color. You posted that here on Rennteam before.

    I liked the effect. After seeing your photo I sort of wished I had ordered mine in Sand White. It looks good.
