Here ya go. I don't think you can get it in the US . . . perhaps as an Exclusive Option. Looks kinda nice, better than the black and terracotta anyway, IMO.
Sorry Yngwie. Not my car. Just the one pic of the black/grey bi-color that I was able to find when I was trying to figure out what color combo I wanted for my 997S. I wound up going with triple blue - Midnight/Metropol/Sea for my cab. So I never explored it further as to whether it was even possible to get in the US. But the Porsche car configurator for the US website does not have the option for black/grey, only black/terracotta. Should be the same for Canada since I imgaine it's a PCNA thing. They have been limiting the options for the 997 for some reason. On the other hand, the Porsche car configurator is wrong in several other respects and does not list all of the available options. So you're best off asking your dealer.
The black/grey two-tone interior is a Boxster, whereas the terracotta and sand ones depict a 911. I believe the two-tone implementation differ between the models with regards to the seats but I can't verify it as the configurator seems to be down right now.
In the 997 bi-colour the entire seat will be stone grey. As Ente said the two tone seat is Boxster/Cayman only. The new online configurator shows the two tone interior on the 997 really well if you use the 3D or panoramic view functions. If the US site is not working use the UK one which is.
