I can upload the image to RT, but can’t post it. Android, same thing. Sorry..l
It was the exact same thing for me. Upload was possible but then impossible to post it. But now it works again for me
What a perfect garage you have !!! Such nice shades of blue. Congratulation on the 4RS. It will be very interesting to get your driving impressions compared to the Lambo.
Mine also.
I contacted Manthey Racing to inquire about what needs to be done at the start of the season. I had an oil change (of only 4 liters) at my local dealership just 3000 km ago and new brake pads and fluid about 1000 km ago (MR setup).
Manthey replied that there are 2 recall actions and that they would conduct a vehicle inspection for the track season. They would need 3 hours for it.
Does anyone know what the recalls are (forgot to ask)? Mine is a MY22. I'm booked in for mid February.
There is a recall for the LWB seats (airbag software) and another for the oil filler pipe (at least on GT3 with same engine).
Have a friend with 992 GT3 whose oil filler pipe caused the cap to become loose and dumped oil all over the engine at the track and made a big smoky mess.

GT silver, Weissach and stripe, carmine interior and belts, red badging, dials, and top trim. I asked my dealer to check if exclusive would paint red darts on the rear quarters like some 550s, but it is unlikely given the expected delivery date of June. I’ll order Bose but delete Sirius and do want the brakes in steel for the red calipers and will stick with the dark silver standard wheels. I also specced the rear Porsche logo in silver, not black. I’ll be letting the S550 cab go, as I cannot keep more than 4 cars at home, and my wife won’t drive the S even though I bought it for her.
Thanks Gauss, I need to check on that.
Gnil, I need to put a set of Cup2 tires on the Evo and then try all 3 cars back to back. The P Zeros are not at the same level in my opinion, and I would want to be as objective as possible.
Spyder RS build date is April 22. Dealer pickup May 28. No Zuffenhausen or Leipzig delivery available, so my fantasy of going through all the alpine passes is fading away…

Schutzhund:You have the new version. You no longer need to back'em off 90 degrees. Its in the manual.
Are you sure? I think my GT3 manual (with newest version) requires that…

Gauss:You only have to do it if the following parts have been replaced: wheel hub, brake disc, wheel bolts, wheel, or central bolt. I wanted to play it safe and did it anyway, and was surprised at how much the bolt loosened. Can someone confirm please?
Yeah, it sounds pretty normal to get loose (but I never tried without the wrench). I always do the double tighten thing every time as well. If it different on just one wheel, I’d be worried. If they’re all the same, then I don’t think I’d worry about it. The idea is to get it fairly loose to seat the aluminum paste better by going from loose to tight twice…

Last year my friends 992 GTS and my 991.2 GT3 Touring got new tires on the same day…I can confirm that in the 992 GTS manual the release and a second fastening is not necessary any more, just in the 991.2 manual.
We were surprised…
