    Is this the new F600 ?????

    Found this on www.supercars.net

    Like I saw the car in Maranello 2 weeks ago, it could be. It's the sameshape and the frontbumper looks the same to me. Like I said before the backend will look like a SWB or a 250 GTO

    This looks REALLY good, IMO!!

    Although for some reason, I think its a little too radical for it to be a production model...

    Ok it's to radical, but I think this study-model has a lot of stylingissues of the new car. Look at the bonnet with tha airscoops, the shape of the roofline, the shape of the doors.

    Of course the headlights are a bit futuristique, but look at the backend. I'm sure it will be a lot shorter than what you can see on the testmule.

    Let's hope Ferrari will have the balls to introduce something like this.

    Well whatever it is, I love it!
    But I doubt it's the "600 Imola" or "Dino".
    I feel this concept might be a tad to radical for production?

    wow!!! it looks really good ....but i also doubt it will reach production its too radical ...i just hope ferrari will have the guts to do it...

    Well this could be an early stage of the F600 development
    and so ferrari thought that the company could present it to the public.
    Or could it be one of the works of the student project which was initialized by ferrari and pininfarina...
    But nevertheless it looks fantastic!

    i was informed from a confidential source that the new v12 ferrari will have the most revolutionery design ever in the car history and a detuned enzo engine under its hood

    This is NOT the F600. I saw this model at the Concourso Italiano in Carmel two weeks ago and I also thought it was the F600. I asked what it was and the guy at the booth said he was a design student and this was a concept he designed. Sorry to have bring the bad news.

    It's news, bad maybe not, good maybe not.
    I like the concept, but it's more suited for the "Dino" then the "600 Imola" IMO.

    ....can't you be more specific? i have read that all Ferrari future engines are to be evolutions from the Enzo v12 ... maybe your source was talking about the UNIAIR ?

    I also heard that the F430's successor will have a compact v12 engine. So the Dino will be the new entry level, V8 model. Rosso nuvola, what is the UNIAIR?

    Goto italiaspeed.com and search Uniair... its an hidraulic/electronic system da controls the intake valves, it has been developed by Fiat's CRF and my guess is that is going to be industrialised by Magnetti Marelli.

    It its suposed to be in every engine in the Fiat Auto Group by 2008/9. The Uniair allows to optimise the engine, because each intake valve is independent from the others , it also allows precise control over the amount of air going in to the cylinders eliminating the need for the intake manifold (im not shore if this is the name in english)
    Dont remenber the percentages but it gives more PS,more torque,less consuption amd less poluition, its going to be a revolution ...... the other manufacters cant use this system since it as been patented by the CRC. Guess Fiat learn from the mistake they did with the common rail (unijet).
    A 6000cc engine with uniar would have at least more 90 hp.

    Wow, that sounds really great. BUT I think it might be years away, if it comes at all.
