That is a great looking car. They forgot the second set of door handles though. If they can keep that light with 550 and 700 hp and modern gizmos like flawless paddle shifting, heads-up display, and of course voice controlled stereo. it will be a sure winner.
To top it off they will have to spend some time perfecting a deep growling exhaust.

If they're smart they'll hide the rear door handles, and I get the feeling, that unlike the CLS, this will actually look like a coupe. Very few do coupes better or any where near Porsche.
I hope the driving Dynamics are class leading, it would be to think of them being close to a 911, but hey, you never know???...... I want one!

orsche has announced that its board of management has given the green signal to build the new four-door, super sports car Panamera.
Porsche chief Wendelin Wiedeking said here that 20,000 units of the car could be produced annually in the east German city of Leipzig from 2009.
The Panamera, named after the legendary long distance Carrera Panamericana race, would include elements of the Cayenne and Carrera GT and not, as initially planned, be produced in cooperation with another auto partner, media reports said.
A 4.5 litre V8 engine with 450 HP would power the basic model but the top of the range V10 would have as much as 600 HP, reports said.
The Panamera would be priced between about $185,000 in Europe, according to reports.
