    A Change of Heart

    It's a sad day for me because the Cobalt Blue with Sand Beige 987S (techart 19") has been cancelled. I ordered it for my wife but after a month she could not do the long wait...

    Instead she feasted her eyes on the new BMW 330i and went for it...




    This sucks for me because I wanted the car more than my wife [obviously] it would have been a blast seeing two new Porsches on the road every weekend. Thanks for all your help guys but no 987S for tooner.........

    You mean she went for the new 3-series, the one bangle designed or did she chose the 330i convertible?

    That was my last ditch effort...

    We test drove again on 987S black on black for about 2 hours it was close enough to our options that I held my breath for it...

    After that we went straight to our BMW dealer and wham! Only a week wait for her spec and there it went!

    OUCH!

    the 3 series was indeed designed by bangle, he just didn't put his name on it to avoid controversy. similar thing happened with the RR phantom
