I'm with MMD. How about re-titling the thread, "Photgraphed: The irony of spending tons of money to cheapen and cheesify the look of your car". Or, "How people pay money to add class, and accomplish the opposite". Or, how about, "What Dennis Rodman would drive, if he could fit into a 997...."

I agree... It took a while for me but I finally saw how sweet the car looks stock than changing the CRAB RIMS (lol.. Lobster Forks)
Suggestion: View the Car when youre not driving it...

I agree, in terms of aesthetics, the rinspeed is the best, but in terms of performance, even though Gemballa has amazing specs, the RUF is the most reliable and sporty.

Well if i had a choice to soop up my car ill surely choose Gemballa but their too expensive compared to the others. But one car that will simply pull all of the above out of the vote is this...The ultimate RUF rt 12. Without doubt the most beautiful out of all. Although nothin out of its goodies are offered to the 997.
When are those guyz planning to offer body kits for the 997?! They are too late!

Compared with the standard aerokit I wouldn't take any of them.
Why stick on an aftermarket part, get a second rate paint match when Porsche themselves make a similar part.
And remeber, NO-ONE gets a paint match quite like the original. Then again, that isnt a paint match, its the same paint!
