997 S, lack of power?
What do you think?
I went today for another test drive with a 997S.... hoping to have rain so I could see how the car is on slippery surface, but no luck as I only came accross dry roads
Anyway, I went on a small mountain pass that has a wide road, exellent tarmac, fast curves, one hairpin, a few staight lines... I know it by heart as I have been going up and down that mountain hundreds of time with my motorbikes.
Sometimes comming out of meedium slow curbes ( about 80 km/h) and going into a straight line ( before a next fast curve) I found that my foot was pushing the max on the gas pedal, the engine was in hight rews..and I had time to get bored!!!! I was wanting MORE POWER... but the car could'nt give me any more ( the car is pretty new...I will not say how much km.. you would kill me ).
Does anyone sometimes feel he would like to have more power?
Maybe the TT would be more apropriate? but so much more costly..
